You can contact us if you need some new features for one of our programs, like a new database interface, a new export function in a certain format or new functions for the NCK-DataAnalyzer to make handeling the signals even more flexible.

Online-Trainings

Contact us to arrange an online training session for any of our products.
We offer step-by-step guidance for interested customers, connecting via a Teams session to train multiple participants at once.
You are welcome to ask questions at any time if you would like more information on a specific topic.

On-Site-Trainings

Depending on the distance, we also offer on-site training for our customers.
This has the advantage of allowing us to demonstrate how our programs work directly on a live machine, should the customer wish to see the details in action.

About me

My professional career began in 2001 at Promot Automation, a renowned company in the field of machine tool automation. There, I started in IT with computer repair, server maintenance, and network setup. Soon, tasks in master computer programming were added—first with Visual FoxPro, later with C#. I was also responsible for maintaining the ERP system and developing new program components.

After ten years in the IT department, I qualified as a programmer for Siemens, Beckhoff, and Kuka controllers, with a focus on Siemens. Subsequently, as chief programmer, I took over the commissioning of six plants, including a crankshaft production facility with 36 linear portals in the US and a transmission production facility with 120 loading cells in Rüsselsheim. My main tasks included coordinating and supporting programmers and precursors, the final development and debugging of programs and interfaces (two to five per line), connecting to local networks and ERP systems, and conducting meetings and approvals.

Since 2013, I have been developing my own software solutions in parallel, after realizing how cumbersome working with Sinumerik can be, especially when loading files and analyzing errors.

In 2018, I took the plunge into self-employment and have since been working successfully with renowned clients such as CTS, Felsomat, Fill, Feuer Powertrain USA, Promot, Stickfish, and Voith.

I am currently looking for a new full-time assignment and welcome inquiries.
